is a registered collective membership mark that identifies
an agent as a member of the National Association
of REALTORS®, bound by its strictly enforced
Code of Ethics.
In addition to subscribing to the Code of Ethics,

continuing education courses and various designations for both the
improvement of their service and to stay abreast of ever-changing local
and national governmental regulations affecting both the home seller and
buyer.
You can easily identify a broker/agent as a member by the
stylized “R” predominantly displayed on signage, advertising and
business cards. This will mean that you have selected a professional that
has pledged to uphold a commitment to the highest standards of ethics and
