HAVE YOU NOTICED SOMETHING LATELY…

Whether you are looking for particular properties for a buyer, doing CMA’s, or getting a mortgage appraisal, have you noticed that something is missing from the property listing? EMPTY ROOM SIZES. Lately there have been a rash of MLS listings with no room sizes. Why? Did you lose your measuring tape? Just laziness? What a disservice you are doing to potential clients. Why waste your time and theirs by showing a home that their bedroom set will not fit in or the dining room can only serve dinner for two. Putting room measurements in your listing is required, but also needed to attract those buyers.
