2023 GSCBOR® MEMBERSHIP DUES AND PRORATES
Click link below to obtain the REALTOR® Dues structure for new members joining in 2023. In accordance with the Bylaws and the Broker Compliance, a new licensee must join the Association/Board within thirty (30) days of the date of affiliation with the real estate firm/office. Same time frame applies for termination of any individual in the firm.
Membership dues are based on a calendar year. Dues shall be prorated for newly licensed agents who are applying for REALTOR® membership in the Association/Board in accordance with the date of joining your company. Dues will NOT be prorated if a licensee held REALTOR® membership during the prior year.
As a condition of REALTOR® membership, new agents must also complete the Mandatory Orientation Class
